- For Everyday Cleansing: Mix 1 level scoop (6 g) with 60-120 mL water. Do not exceed 8 servings per day.
- For Cleanse Days: Mix 2 level scoops (12 g) with 120-240 mL water. Drink 4 times daily. You may do up to TWO consecutive Cleanse Days.
